1. Nature of credits (software metering utility)
Credits are digital consumption metering units, not currency. Credits provided by Echo Bridge Information Intelligence Limited represent a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access computational and AI research assistant features on Creator Redd. Credits have no cash value, do not earn interest, are not legal tender, and do not constitute personal property, stored-value currency, or bank deposits.
2. Where credits come from (dual-track system)
- Subscription credits are granted on each successful recurring subscription payment. They expire at the end of the applicable paid billing period and do not roll over to subsequent periods.
- Purchased top-up credits are granted upon completion of a one-time purchase. They never expire and remain permanently associated with your account balance even if you cancel your subscription.
3. Consumption order & rates
When an account holds both types of credits, subscription credits are consumed first to ensure your permanent purchased balance is preserved for as long as possible.
The rate of credit consumption per research query depends on the chosen model tier and computational complexity. Active rates are displayed in the workspace and recorded in your recent activity ledger. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust consumption rates to reflect upstream model provider costs, with adjustments reflected in the application interface.
4. Failed requests & single receipt guarantee
- If a research query fails, encounters an unrecoverable provider error, or is not delivered, all credits reserved for that request are immediately released back to your balance with zero charge.
- If the assistant encounters an internal upstream error but automatically recovers via failover to deliver your research result, the request settles exactly once.
- Retrying with the same request ID never charges twice; each query produces exactly one usage ledger receipt.
- Usage ledger receipts are internal research accounting records; they do not constitute official tax invoices or payment receipts.
5. Balance vs. entitlement
A credit balance alone does not unlock access to the AI research assistant; an active paid subscription is required to initiate research requests. If your subscription ends, your purchased credits remain safely saved on your account and automatically become usable again whenever you resume an active subscription.
6. No transfer, no cash-out & forfeiture
Credits are strictly personal to your account. They cannot be transferred between accounts, pledged, resold, or exchanged for cash or any other asset. If you voluntarily delete your account, or if your account is permanently terminated due to a material breach of our Terms of Service (such as abuse, fraud, or reverse engineering), any unused credit balance is forfeited without compensation.
7. Refunds & support inquiries

2. 积分的来源（双轨制设计）
- 订阅周期积分：在每次订阅成功扣费后按周期发放。该部分积分在计费周期结束时自动清零，不结转至下一周期。
- 购买充值积分：通过一次性充值付款完成后发放。充值积分永久有效，即使取消订阅也会永久保存在您的账户中。
3. 消费顺序与扣费费率
当账户中同时存在两类积分时，系统优先扣除订阅周期积分，以最大限度保留您的永久充值积分。
单次提问消耗的积分数量取决于所选模型档位及计算复杂度，具体费率直接显示在工作台界面并在用量日志中详细记录。我们保留根据上游底层模型供应商成本变化合理微调消耗费率的权利，所有调整均会体现在界面提示中。
4. 失败请求不扣费与单一凭证保障
- 如果研究请求最终失败、遭遇上游供应商不可逆错误或未成功交付，系统为该请求预留的积分会立即全额退回可用余额，不产生任何扣费。
- 如果研究助手在上游接口偶发报错后自动故障切换并成功交付了研究结果，该请求仅结算一次。
- 使用同一请求 ID 重试绝不会发生重复计费；每次请求生成唯一的用量账单凭证。
- 用量凭证属于内部研究消耗记录，不充当法定税务发票或付款收据。
5. 余额与功能特权的区别
仅拥有积分余额并不能解锁 AI 研究助手的调用权限；使用研究功能必须同时具备有效订阅。若您的订阅已到期，已购买的积分仍会完整保留在账户中，一旦恢复订阅即可立即继续使用。
6. 不可转让、不可提现与作废规则
积分仅供您本人账户使用，严禁在账户之间转让、质押、二次倒卖或兑换法定货币。如果您自愿注销账户，或因严重违反《服务条款》（如滥用攻击、欺诈或逆向工程）导致账户被永久封禁，账户内未消耗的积分将自动作废且不予退现或补偿。
7. 退款与客服支持
